Comfortable room near Vatican

Good location, lot of restaurants and shops around, bus and metro stations are near. Host is really kind, and in the room you've got everything you need. It was also clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a nice touch.

Good location, great host, good bed etc. Hygiene wasn't the best but ok.

Alberto was a great host, He helped us find the right restaurants and shown us a little bit of the culture we could not otherwise see as tourists. The places looked great for the price, and the location was phenomenal.

Only real downside, which I have to write here, even tho alberto said he knows about it and probably will fix it (I hope) was the ventilation in bathroom was bad, and it smelled really bad. He warned as at the start so there is that. Second worse thing which nobody did anything about was included coffee maker, which was not cleaned and had mold in it with a lot of used coffee capsules. We emptied it, but it would be great if it was cleaned before the guests come. It is a little turn of. All of those things could be one time thing that are solved on our next visit so even considering those downsides, I would say it was worth it and would visit again.

Wonderful

The breakfast was super nice, great quality and wide variety of croissants are available and the coffee is also delicious. The host is very friendly and attentive and speaks very good English too.

The walls of the rooms are quite thin and it is rather easy to hear other people showering or plugging in electrical devices on the other side of the walls. However, it was not too disturbing.

Problems with the smell in the bathroom which obviously exist already for a langer period. And fix some smaller stuff like the rusty toiletpaperholder, humid on the lower side of the door.

Very Good

It was really well located and the breakfast very good. Alberto was very kind and allowed us to leave our things at the room before we officially occupy the room. The market opposite was a little noisy, but the windows were well insulated, at there you could get a lot of Italian delicacies. :)

there was a terribly bad smell in the bathroom, unfortunately because of this we could often only sleep with the window open

«Идеальный вариант в 2 минутах от Ватикана»

2 минуты от Ватикана, суперкомфортный номер со всем необходимым, чистый, удобный, - место, где полноценно высыпаешся и отдыхаешь. Кофе капсульный со сладостями, на завтрак или в качестве перекуса, - самое то. Тепло, я переживала, что буду мёрзнуть по ночам, но батареи подкручиваюися до комфортной температуры, также есть и кондиционер. Отдельная благодарность хозяину - Альберто, - ты большая и любящая душа этого места, спасибо большое за гостеприимство в чистом виде. Человек, который сделал максимально все, чтобы 4 дня в Риме стали сказкой! Вернусь!
